About Us

Our story began in 1968 in the Syrian city of Daraa , when my father, a passionate master confectioner, opened our first factory.

Even as a young boy, I was allowed to look over his shoulder, and that's how I discovered my love for sweet art.

When we had to flee to Germany nine years ago, it was a devastating blow for us. But thanks to the heartfelt support of the people here in Balingen, we were able to realize our dream of a new home and a fresh start.

On July 31, 2019, we opened our doors in Balingen and began producing our traditional sweets with great dedication.

Since the beginning of 2024, we have been located in larger premises in Albstadt, and here we place great emphasis on using high-quality ingredients from regional suppliers to produce our specialties according to Swabian tradition.

From our humble beginnings in Syria to the present day, much has changed, but one thing has always remained the same: our passion for sweet delicacies and our desire to delight our customers with our products.
